Bad And Crazy is a Korean drama that I really liked. It tells the story of Ryu Soo Yeol who, following a few events, meets a mysterious man, named “K”.
This drama was already in my list as soon as it was announced, especially for the main cast. Lee Dong Wook and Wi Ha Joon are actors I like. I was curious to see them together. What convinced me to start this drama was the good feedback I saw. In addition, little information that made me smile, the scriptwriter and the director were in charge of The Uncanny Counter. It’s one of my favorite dramas of the last year.
Despite all these things, I left with average expectations because it wasn’t my favorite genre of drama. Honestly, this drama finally surprised me. From the first episodes, I was taken in and I chained the episodes as soon as I could.
The drama quickly increases in intensity and I was not bored. I went through a lot of emotions during my viewing, especially stress. But don’t worry, there are also some very funny moments, especially with this duo of main actors. It’s a humor that went well in the drama. It was not too much.
The big highlight of this drama is the bromance between Lee Dong Wook and Wi Ha Joon. These actors had great chemistry and I laughed a lot at their moments together. I found that we felt that they had fun during the filming of this drama.
To this bromance is added a beautiful friendship with the other police officers of the team. This drama has created secondary characters just as endearing as the main pairing. We even have a bit of romance, but it only takes a small part of the drama time.
One of the only negatives I could find is maybe as I approached the end, I felt a little drop in pace. There were a few lengths. On the other hand, I was satisfied with the end which filled my hopes and my questions. I finished the drama feeling like it was wrapped up nicely. I did not remain on my hunger.
So, I totally recommend this drama. In my opinion, you have to be in the right mood to be able to appreciate it (which must have been my case). It’s only 12 episodes, so it’s still an enjoyable format! It has a few small lengths, but the story is original and interesting. There are good actors, tension, humor. It’s a little favorite for me and I hope you like it!
